Amen! for good design

While doing some wine research, I happened across this wine with spectacular packaging and a truly unique name — Blasted Church. I found myself reading the story about their rather unusual name and smiling at the fun names of the wine: names like ‘the damn flood,’ and ‘Amen port-de-merlot.’ Not only does their name break away from traditional wine naming protocol, look at the labels — quirky, illustrative and cartoony. They tell the true story of this Canadian mining era church that was dismantled with the help of four dynamite sticks, and moved. Truly a standout on the shelf for sure. Cudos to fresh design!
