Rapidograph, wax coater, and Presto type…oh my!!!

Occasionally it happens that us old ad people use an old term (like the other day I caught myself asking a media rep about a double truck) or we make a joke that includes a a product from our youth (remember Bestine? Formaline Graphic arts tape? rubber cement pick ups?) or when the power went out like it did here on Monday we joked about working on “marker comps” to keep things moving. Well anyone who relates to any of that will enjoy the Museum of Forgotton Art Supplies by Lou Brooks at a site called Drawger. Visit around the site too, its has some nice art collections.

Oh, and if you happen to have been born after say 1980, the machine above is a stat machine.
